Our Glow Tea is a gentle herbal blend specially formulated to support clear, radiant, and glowing skin. This tea helps nourish the body from within while supporting the body’s natural cleansing processes and overall skin wellness.

Ingredients: Matricaria recutita (Chamomile), Clitoria ternatea (Butterfly pea flower), Jasminum (Jasmine), Taraxacum (Dandelion), and Rosa canina L. (Rose hip).

Directions: Brew one tea bag in hot water for 15–20 minutes and drink once daily (preferably in the evening) or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Brewing Tips

Use the right temperature

generally, boiling water is desired for herbal teas to extract all the good stuff! however, there are some exceptions (ex. green tea).

Steep it covered

keep your cup covered so we can keep all the herbal goodies / oils in!

Steep it well

we typically recommend steeping it for 15-20 minutes. the longer the steep, the stronger the extraction!

For decoctions

add 1 tbsp of herbs per cup of water and boil on low for 30-35 min. Pro Tip: to make a really really good decoction, simmer over night in a slow cooker.
