Our Detox Tea is a natural herbal blend crafted to support the body’s cleansing and detoxification processes. This tea helps eliminate internal build-up, supports healthy digestion, boosts metabolism, and promotes a lighter, refreshed feeling from within. Ingredients:
Cassia senna L (Senna), Rheum rhabarbarum (Rhubarb), and Ulmus rubra (Slippery Elm).
Directions for Use:
• Brew 1–2 tea bags and drink at least 1 hour after dinner, not later than 8 PM.
• Effects may occur approximately 8 hours later, promoting gentle bowel movement.
• Drink plenty of water while using this tea.
• Recommended use: Take daily for 7 consecutive days, then take a break before starting again.

Brewing Tips

Use the right temperature

generally, boiling water is desired for herbal teas to extract all the good stuff! however, there are some exceptions (ex. green tea).

Steep it covered

keep your cup covered so we can keep all the herbal goodies / oils in!

Steep it well

we typically recommend steeping it for 15-20 minutes. the longer the steep, the stronger the extraction!

For decoctions

add 1 tbsp of herbs per cup of water and boil on low for 30-35 min. Pro Tip: to make a really really good decoction, simmer over night in a slow cooker.
