Acne Tea

Our Acne Tea is a carefully formulated herbal blend designed to support clear, healthy skin from within. It works by gently supporting the body’s natural cleansing processes and helping to maintain internal balance that may contribute to breakouts.

Ingredients: Mentha spicata (Spearmint), Arctium (Burdock root), Camellia sinensis (Green tea), Matricaria recutita (Chamomile), and Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm).

Directions: Brew one tea bag in hot water for 15–20 minutes. Drink once daily or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Brewing Tips

Use the right temperature

generally, boiling water is desired for herbal teas to extract all the good stuff! however, there are some exceptions (ex. green tea).

Steep it covered

keep your cup covered so we can keep all the herbal goodies / oils in!

Steep it well

we typically recommend steeping it for 15-20 minutes. the longer the steep, the stronger the extraction!

For decoctions

add 1 tbsp of herbs per cup of water and boil on low for 30-35 min. Pro Tip: to make a really really good decoction, simmer over night in a slow cooker.
